Two men accuse Riverside resident of assault

CHICAGO — Two Illinois men are suing a Riverside resident, alleging he punched them in the face. 

Theodore Williams and Tyrone Sanders filed a lawsuit May 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against Eric Caine of Riverside, alleging assault and battery.

According to the complaint, on March 27, Williams and Sanders sustained personal injuries when Caine struck them in the face and body with his fists. The suit says the plaintiffs were invited guests at Caine's property at 404 N. Delplaine Road, Riverside.

Williams and Sanders seek a minimum of $50,000, plus judgment above the court's legal jurisdiction and all legal fees. They are represented by attorney Kevin J. McNamara of Kevin J. McNamara Law Offices PC in Chicago.
