Medical malpractice 09

CHICAGO — A patient is suing a Chicago hair transplant business and a doctor, alleging their negligence caused him injuries.

Richard McCabe filed a complaint May 20 in Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Vladimir Panine, doing business as a The Chicago Hair Transplant Clinic, alleging negligence in failing to provide proper medical care.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 12, 2012, McCabe suffered injuries, permanent disfigurement and medical expenses because of Panine's negligence and the doctor's failure to inform the plaintiff that he was not a proper candidate for a successful hair transplantation.

McCabe seeks judgment of more than $50,000, plus court cost and any further relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorneys Vincent Auricchio and Bernard Speiser of Auricchio Law Offices in Chicago.
