CHICAGO – A construction worker alleges he was injured on a job site.

Ryan Meehan and Patricia Meehan filed a complaint on May 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against Walsh Construction Group LLC, Walsh Construction Co. II LLC and Walsh Construction Co., citing negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 19, 2014, Ryan Meehan tripped and fell while on the defendants' job site, causing injuries to his body. The plaintiffs hold Walsh Construction Group LLC, Walsh Construction Co. II LLC and Walsh Construction Co. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly supervise the construction site and clear it of any obstacles that could hinder employees from functioning efficiently while performing their duties.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants in a sum of more than $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by Bennett J. Baker of Goldberg, Weisman & Cairo LTD in Chicago.
