CHICAGO – A woman has filed a suit against a dog owner alleging the animal bit her and caused injuries.
Nicole Sipic filed a complaint on May 24 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Kim Pieruccini alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 8, 2014, she sustained physical injuries as a result of being bitten by a dog owned by the defendant. The plaintiff holds Pieruccini responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to restrain her dog or provide adequate warning to plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $50,000. She is represented by John K. Vrdolyak of The Vrdolyak Law Group LLC in Chicago.
