CHICAGO — A patient is suing Hazel Crest medical providers, alleging their negligence caused him to sustain pain and suffering.
Jason Hall of Cook County filed a lawsuit June 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against Dr. Anil K. Kesani., Southland Orthopaedics, Ltd. and Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation, doing business as Advocate South Suburban Hospital, alleging negligence in failing to provide proper medical care to plaintiff.
According to the complaint, on May 26, 2015, Hall underwent a spinal surgery at Advocate South Suburban in Hazel Crest that resulted him having permanent, irreversible physical damage. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to properly evaluate Hall's condition while providing the appropriate medical treatment and surgery needed by the plaintiff.
Hall seeks trial by jury, and seeks judgment of more than $50,000 against each defendant, plus court costs. He is represented by attorney Regina P. Etherton of Regina P. Etherton & Associates LLC in Chicago.
