PTP Oneclick accuses former employees of breach of contract

CHICAGO – A Buffalo Grove company and its chairman/CEO allege former employees knowingly inserted malicious code in tax software.

PTP Oneclick LLC and Pavlos T. Pavlou filed a complaint on June 7 in Cook County Circuit Court against Nickolaos M. Mavromagoulos, also known as Nicholas M. Mavros, and Youpu Zhang citing breach of contract, fraud and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they sustained damages to their business and general economic loss as well as diminished reputation. The plaintiffs holds Mavromagoulos and Zhang, both former employees of the plaintiffs, responsible because the defendants allegedly conspired against the plaintiffs in order to damage their business by inserting malicious code into plaintiffs' tax software.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $5 million in punitive damages, all court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Jonathan P. Novoselsky of Jonathan Novoselsky PC in Chicago.
