CHICAGO — A patient is suing James M. Hill, M.D.; Illinois Bone & Joint Institute LLC; Northwest Community Healthcare; Northwest Community Day Surgery Center II LLC; Northwest Community Hospital; Northwest Community Day Surgery Center; Northwest Community Healthcare PHO LLC, doing business as Northwest Community Health Partners; James M. Hill; 1300 Central LLC; and Orthopaedic Associates, DC, Division of Illinois Bone & Joint, LLC; alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Ronald Cloud filed a complaint on June 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper medical care to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 18. 2014, he underwent a knee surgery which resulted in permanent injury and pain. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to properly perform the surgery.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits of this court plus any court costs. He is represented by Randall F. Peters of Randall F. Peters & Associates in Chicago.
