CHICAGO — A woman is suing Briar Place Ltd., doing business as Briar Place, and Pershing Gardens Healthcare Center LLC., doing business as Pershing Gardens HC Center, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Marie Hoffman filed a complaint on June 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she experienced pain from having a left lateral epicondyle fracture and other injuries.
