CHICAGO — A patient is suing Steve Kleronomos, D.D.S., and A&W Dental Associates, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Lucy Gilmore filed a complaint on June 10 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that Kleronomos failed to provide proper care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 26, 2014, she experienced skin irritation that caused her discomfort and pain. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for an alleged failure to properly evaulate her condition to determine that she was allergic to Novocain.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Daniel R. Mclean of Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenber, L.L.C. in Chicago.
