CHICAGO — A woman is suing Dr. Barry Cherny, DDS, and Hochstadter, Isaacson, Cherny & Associates Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery Ltd. d/b/a Hochstadter, Isaacson, Cherny, Dumanis & Associates Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Ltd, dental-care providers, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Colette Pompei filed a complaint on June 17 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide her with proper care.
