CHICAGO — A man is suing William D. Lack, M.D., individually and as an agent, employee or servant of Loyola University Medical Center, Francois Audrice, M.D., individually and as an agent, employee or servant of Loyola University Medical Center, Drew Burleson, M.D., as an employee of Loyola University Medical Center, and Loyola University Medical Center, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Zbigniew Nawrot filed a complaint on June 17 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide him with proper medical care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 20, 2014, he suffered physical injuries including permanent disfigurement as a result of a failed surgery. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to properly perform surgery on him and improperly administered anesthetics to him before the procedure.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $50,000 and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Stephan D. Blandin, Michael E. Holden and Rebecca E. Neubauer of Romanucci & Blandin, LLC in Chicago.
