CHICAGO — A building materials supplier is suing Lenox Hill Construction Inc., d/b/a Mack Construction Company, and James H. McClelland, citing alleged breach of contract, failure to pay for completed work and unpaid debt.
Engler, Meier & Justus Inc., d/b/a Contractors Acoustical Supply, filed a complaint on June 30 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that the construction company failed to pay the plaintiff for construction materials it provided.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages, and it holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual obligations to the plaintiff by failing to pay for building and acoustical materials.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for the amount of $198,264.10 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Patrick J. Williams of Ekl, Williams & Provenzale LLC in Lisle.
