Business owner accused of groping worker, denies allegations

CHICAGO — A former employee is suing Don Rico's Jr. LLC and business owner Peter Vazzana, citing alleged sexual harassment.

Tiffany Michelle Andrade filed a complaint on July 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that when she was a minor child and worked for the defendants, she was harassed and physically groped by Vazzana.

Vazzana denies the plaintiff's allegations, including her assertion that she was a minor while she was employed at Don Rico's.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was harassed leading up to July 3, 2014, the day Vazzana reportedly groped her breast while smirking. She says she quit her job and has experienced extreme trauma and depression, and she holds the defendants responsible for Vazzana's alleged behavior.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of $200,000 and any further relief the court grants.
