Law money 07

CHICAGO — A former patient is suing Brad K. Greenspan, M.D., and Linda L. Hines, PH.D., P.C., care providers at Lakeside Psychology and Counseling Services, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.

Jane Doe filed a complaint on July 11 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to provide proper care to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, as of July 2012, she had been a patient at the center for several years, and was damaged when she was told her care would be discontinued unless she followed treatment recommendations. She holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly evaluate her condition and provide proper and timely treatment.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Larry Karchmar of Karchmar & Stone in Chicago.
