Law money 05

CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased man's estate is suing Manor Care of Rolling Meadows IL LLC, d/b/a Manorcare Health Services - Rolling Meadows, in a wrongful death suit alleging negligence in nursing home care.

Judy McGarragher, as independent administrator of the estate of Arthur Wierzbinski, filed a complaint on July 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendant, alleging that the nursing home failed to provide proper care to Wierzbinski.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in November and December 2014, Wierzbinski suffered from the development of c-diff and kidney failure that contributed to and/or caused his death. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide adequate supervision at all times to Wierzbinski as well as allegedly failing to provide proper medical care while he was being taken care of in its facility.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount sufficient to satisfy the jurisdictional requirements of the court. She is represented by Jonathan W. Young of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz in Chicago.
