CHICAGO — A woman is suing Glenwood Healthcare & Rehab Inc., alleging negligence in nursing home care.

Anna Stromberg filed a complaint on July 13 in Cook County Circuit Court against Glenwood Healthcare & Rehab Inc. alleging that the facility failed to provide her with proper care while she was a resident in its facility.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2014, she sustained physical injuries including a broken nose and multiple abrasions as the result of multiple falls. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because the facility allegedly failed to implement certain precautions to make sure that she did not suffer a fall and failed to provide adequate supervision to her at all times.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of $50,000. She is represented by Scott B. Wolfman of Law Offices of Scott B. Wolfman & Associates, P.C. in Chicago.
