CHICAGO — A couple's lawsuit against Superior Staffing Inc. and Alberto Salgado, individually and as agent, servant and employee of Superior Staffing Inc., cites alleged liability and negligence.
Brenda Esperanza Ramirez and David Nelson Ramirez filed a complaint on July 15 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper assistance to Brenda Esperanza Ramirez when her right hand got caught in a coating machine.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 29, 2014, Brenda Esperanza Ramirez experienced pain and permanent injuries when her right hand was caught in the rollers of a coating machine while she was cleaning it. The plaintiffs holds the defendants responsible because Salgado allegedly turned the roller wheel of the coating machine clockwise despite Brenda Espereanza Ramirez's instruction to turn it counterclockwise.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants for all medical expenses, court costs and any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Erron H. Fisher of Fisher & LaMonica, P.C. in Chicago and Larry Cohen of Larry Cohen, Esg. in Chicago.
