CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased woman's estate is suing A. Thomas Petropulos, M.D., The Cardiology Group LLC, Consultants in Cardiology & Electrophysiology LLC, Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation and Advocate Christ Hospital Health Partners in a wrongful death claim alleging negligence in health care.
Brandon Green, individually and as independent administrator of the estate of Royaline Green, filed a complaint on July 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper medical care to Royaline Green.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2014, Royaline Green developed an infection that was not properly diagnosed, ultimately leading to her death. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to properly diagnose Royaline Green's infection and provide proper medical treatment.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Stephanie K. Nathanson and Michael T. Peterson of Law Offices of Stephanie K. Nathanson in Chicago.
