CHICAGO – A couple alleges a surgery performed on the husband wasn't consistent with his medical needs.
David M. Schultz and Holly Schultz filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in the Cook County Circuit Court against Northwestern Medicine, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Healthcare, Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group, Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation and Aruna Ganju, M.D. alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that in August 2014, David M. Schultz sustained damages from a surgical procedure, which caused physical injuries and further medical expenses.
