CHICAGO — A man is suing 3478 North Clark Street Inc., d/b/a Roadhouse 66 Gas N' Grill, alleging they failed to protect him from being assaulted by another person on their property.
Danny Padilla filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendant, alleging that the establishment failed to provide adequate security personnel.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 31, 2014, he sustained physical injuries when he was physically assaulted by an unknown individual. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to protect him.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus court costs. He is represented by Paul G. O'Toole of Salvato & O'Toole in Chicago.
