CHICAGO — A financial institution is suing Intelligentsia Group LLC and its guarantors, Brice Leckpa and Arnaud Tawud, alleging breach of contract through failure to pay a debt.

BMO Harris Bank N.A. filed a complaint on Sept. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay the amounts due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2016, BMO Harris Bank N.A. suffered monetary damages resulting from breach of contract. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay first and second agreements that are due.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount to be proven at trial, plus any further relief the court grants. They are represented by Aaron B. Chapin and Monique B. Howery of Reed Smith LLP in Chicago.
