CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased woman's estate is suing Saint Anthony Hospital Inc., John Doe and Unknown Others, medical care providers, alleging negligence and insufficient measures taken to prevent injuries.
Patricia Graham, individually and as special administrator of the estate of Darnisha Patrice Graham, filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper medical care to Darnisha Patrice Graham.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Darnisha Patrice Graham suffered severe pain and mental anguish, contributing to the deterioration of her health. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to properly diagnose Darnisha Patrice Graham's condition and provide the appropriate treatment needed.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount in excess of $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Michael D. Goode of Michael D. Goode, Esq. in Chicago.
