CHICAGO — FB Mall LLC, which does business as Fat Belly's, and several related entities, are being sued, alleging breach of contract.
Rewards Network Establishment Services Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 26 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for damages caused by the termination of their agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants breached their contractual obligation to the plaintiff by failing to pay under the terms of a personal liability agreement.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $156,283 plus court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Timothy L. Binetti and Nicole H. Daniel of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Chicago.
