Patient alleges negligence in care at Chicago Center for Esthetic Reconstructive and Implant Dentistry

CHICAGO — A patient is suing Chicago Center for Esthetic Reconstructive and Implant Dentistry Inc. and Gregory Bell, DDS, alleging negligence in dental care.

Kerry Bowler filed a complaint on Nov. 3 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to her.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages to her teeth, gums and mouth. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly overly reducing four teeth, failing to properly fill them, failing to perform a crowning procedure correctly and other claims.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Ashley M. Murray of O'Connor Law Firm, Ltd. in Chicago.
