CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased man's estate has filed a wrongful death claim against Advanced Realty Network, and an unknown individual, alleging that the defendants are responsible for a bicyclist's death.

Kevon Williams, as special administrator of the estate of Francisco Cruz, filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that someone believed to be an agent or employee of Advanced Realty Network was driving a company vehicle when it struck Cruz.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 17, Cruz was hit and killed by a car whose driver fled the scene. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for the driver's alleged negligence in connection with the collision.
