CHICAGO — A deceased woman's family is suing Hutchison Enterprises Inc., and Home Instead Senior Care, alleging negligence in home health care services.
Lilliana Adich, independent executor of the estate of Milanka Adich, filed a complaint on Nov. 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to provide proper care to Milanka Adich.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Adich sustained physical injuries, including a deep cut and infection, when a metal device used to help her put on support hose dug into her leg. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly using the device improperly.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Charles V. Falkenberg, III of Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenberg, LLC in Chicago.
