Cook County man alleges doctors did not provide proper treatment for facial condition

CHICAGO – A man alleges he has suffered permanent and irreversible damage because of improper medical treatment.

Scott Goldstein and Alyse Goldstein filed a complaint on Nov. 23 in Cook County Circuit Court against Kerry Daniels, P.A.; Suleman J. Bangash, D.O.; and Mohs Surgery and Dermatology Center alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that in 2014, Scott Goldstein sought treatment from the defendants for a condition on his face. The plaintiffs allege the defendants failed to properly evaluate Goldstein's condition and provide the necessary treatment needed.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendants in an amount of more than $50,000 plus court costs. They are represented by Regina Picone Etherton of Regina P. Etherton & Associates LLC in Chicago.
