CHICAGO — A resident is suing Lexington Health Care Center of LaGrange Inc., alleging negligence in nursing home care.
Evelyn White filed a complaint on Dec. 16 in Cook County Circuit Court against Lexington,alleging a failure to provide proper care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she fell and fractured her ankle. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to take proper precautions in her care.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus court costs. She is represented by attorney Kent M. Lucaccioni, in Chicago.
