Patient blames nursing facility for ulcers

CHICAGO - A patient is suing an Inverness nursing facility, alleging the defendant's negligence led to injuries for the plaintiff. 

James Kuczora filed a complaint on Jan. 9 in Cook County Circuit Court against Bravo Care of Inverness, Inc, which does business as Rosewood Care Center of Inverness, alleging the nursing facility failed to provide proper medical care to the plaintiff while being treated in their facility.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he experienced pain from having developed pressure ulcers. He accused the the defendant of allegedly failing to provide timely treatment to the ulcers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Matthew I. Baker of Law Offices of Steven J. Malman & Associates, P.C. in Chicago.
