CHICAGO — A patient is suing Chicago Center for Facial Plastic Surgery, SC, and Steven H. Dayan, M.D., alleging breach of contract.
Fannie Hall-Stoner filed a complaint on Jan. 18 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to complete the cosmetic surgery paid for by the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 8, 2014, she sustained damages from having an incomplete cosmetic surgery. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly perform the cosmetic surgery on the plaintiff, with multiple signs showing that the surgery apparently had not been fully completed, and for allegedly reneging on a settlement agreement.
The plaintiff seeks an award of $15,580 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Katrice M. Matthews of Hall Legal Agency in Evergreen Park.
