Center Home for Hispanic Elderly accused of failing to provide proper supervision

CHICAGO — An administrator of a deceased woman's estate is suing Center Home for Hispanic Elderly LLC, alleging negligence in nursing home care.

Elisa Sandoval, as independent administrator of the estate of Salome Zamarripa, filed a complaint on Jan. 27 in Cook County Circuit Court, alleging the nursing facility failed to provide proper care to Zamarripa.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Zamarripa experienced pain from developing pressure ulcers. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to provide adequate supervision to Zamarripa to decrease her risk of developing pressure ulcers.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus court costs. She is represented by George G. Argionis and Al Koritsaris of Argionis & Associates, LLC in Chicago.
