CHICAGO — A volunteer concession-stand worker is suing Aramark Sports and Entertainment Services LLC, alleging she was hurt in a fall at Soldier Field, allegedly because of Aramark's negligence.
Allena Robinson filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in Cook County Circuit Court against Aramark, alleging the company failed to take proper steps to keep her safe.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 7, 2015, she sustained physical injuries when she slipped and fell due to a wet surface in a Soldier Field concession stand. The plaintiff holds Aramark responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to provide proper drainage or drainage mats, failed to warn of danger and failed to provide proper training.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus court costs. She is represented by Charles P. Romaker and Fernando M. Bustamante of The Romaker Law Firm in Chicago.
