CHICAGO — A dentist is suing Dental Sunshine Professional Corporation and Gloria S. John, D.D.S., citing alleged breach of contract and fraud.

Nasrin S. Azimzadeh, D.M.D., filed a complaint on Feb. 17 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they provided false information in connection with a sale of John's practice to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she sustained financial damages from being induced into the purchase agreement, after the defendants allegedly did not reveal that John had lost the ability to treat public aid patients and had ceased doing so.

The plaintiff seeks all accounts received by the defendant that belonged to plaintiff, damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by the Law Offices of Mark S. Bishop LLC in Warrenville.
