CHICAGO — A patient is suing Balmoral Home Inc., alleging negligence in nursing home care.
Jose Vallego filed a complaint on Feb. 21 in Cook County Circuit Court against Balmoral Home Inc. alleging that the nursing facility failed to provide him with proper care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered a fall that resulted in a fractured femur. The plaintiff alleged the defendant failed to provide adequate supervision and assistance to address his risk of falling.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by The Law Offices of Andrew S. Kryder LLC in Chicago.
