CHICAGO — An estate administrator is suing the Chicago Transit Authority for alleged taking insufficient measures to prevent an individual from falling on train tracks and being hit by a train.

Sharon Green, as administrator of the estate of Keith Jackson-Graham, filed a lawsuit on March 7 in the Cook County Circuit Court alleging that the CTA failed to implement safety precautions in order to prevent Jackson-Graham from being struck by a train after he fell on the tracks.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Jackson-Graham sustained serious fatal injuries from being struck by a train on June 19, 2016. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to inspect the premises for any hazardous conditions.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount sufficient to compensate the estate for all losses. She is represented by Brett A. Manchel of Levinson and Stefani in Chicago.
