CHICAGO — A movie production company is suing Breaking Glass Pictures LLC., its agent Richard Wolff and Netflix Inc. for allegedly failing to pay the plaintiff the money they made distributing its films.
Reel Red Films LLC filed a complaint on March 7 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendants didn't make agreed payments, and holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement with the plaintiff to promote the plaintiff's brand.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for all monies, revenues, costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Jeffrey G. Mashni, of Wheeling.
