A.D.C. Painting accused of breaching contract

CHICAGO — A Chicago woman is suing A.D.C. Painting and owners Andres Delgado and Samuel Orozco for breach of contract after they allegedly failed to return her remodeling deposit after refusing to remodel her home.

Rafaela Ramirez filed a lawsuit on March 31 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging the defendants failed to remodel her property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she sustained financial damages in 2014 after her deposit to have her home remodeled was not returned. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly refusing to return her deposit after failing to remodel her home.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Mark B. Grzymala of Grzymala Law Offices P.C. in Skokie.
