CHICAGO — A woman is suing Uber Technologies Inc. and Mohammed Benni, an Uber driver, after the driver allegedly ran over her foot as she attempted to get in the defendant's vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000. She is represented by Thomas A. Demetrio and Francis Patrick Murphy of Corboy & Demetrio P.C. in Chicago.
