CHICAGO — A patient is suing Community First Healthcare of Illinois Inc., which does business as Community First Medical Center, citing alleged negligence for failing to prevent her from falling.
Teresa Czernecka filed a complaint on March 29 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging the hospital failed to provide proper care to the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she fell because staff at the hospital allegedly failed to provide adequate assistance to the plaintiff in walking to the restroom.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Glenn Werner of the Law Office of Daniel E. Goodman LLC in Rosemont.
