CHICAGO — An Illinois business is suing Lisa Hagadorn and RTKL Enterprises LLC, citing alleged fraud for misappropriation of funds.
Golfwood Square LLC filed a complaint on April 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging they misappropriated funds that were supposed to be paid to the plaintiff per a court order.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Hagadorn and RTKL fraudulently transferred funds from RTKL to defendant Hagadorn to defraud the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, the full value of the RTKL funds transferred to Hagadorn, money damages and any further relief the court grants. The plaintiff is represented by Richard M. Hoffman and Mira D. Arezina of Cohen, Salk & Huvard P.C. in Northbrook.
