CHICAGO — A Countryside mother is suing Stazde Enterprises LLC and Copperdome Management Inc., hotel operators, citing alleged insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and negligence after her daughter was injured in a swimming pool.

Mackie Storc filed a complaint on March 30 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging they failed to address the issue of trespassers who were sneaking into the facility and using the pool, which created an overcrowding situation and caused an individual to fall on top of her daughter in the pool, injuring her.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the incident occurred on April 2, 2011. The plaintiffs hold Stazde Enterprises and Copperdome Management responsible because they allowed an unsafe environment in the pool area.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount sufficient to compensate the plaintiff. They are represented by Eugene K. Hollander, Paul W. Ryan and Jonathan L. Hoeven of The Law Offices of Eugene K. Hollander in Chicago.
