Law money 03

CHICAGO — Two portfolio managers are suing Aviva Investors North America Inc. and Aviva Investors Americas LLC, citing alleged breach of contract for failing to pay bonuses they say they earned.

Jeremy Hughes and Chris Langs filed a complaint on April 11 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging they failed to pay money owed to the plaintiffs.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege defendants failed to pay bonuses to the plaintiffs for the contributions they made to the growth of their business, per their contracts.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek compensatory damages and punitive damages, interest and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Pete A. Silverman and Melissa N. Eubanks of Figliulo & Silverman P.C. in Chicago.
