CHICAGO — A couple is suing Diamond Headache Clinic Ltd., Dr. George Urban, Presence Saint Joseph Hospital and Presence Medical Group, claiming alleged insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and negligence.
Jaimi Grimm and Daniel Grimm filed a complaint on April 11 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to provide proper medical care to Jaimi Grimm.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege Grimm sustained physical injuries from the care she received from the defendants in April 2015. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible because they allegedly ordered and administered a drug which did harm to Grimm.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Todd N. Hendrickson of the Law Offices of Todd N. Hendrickson in Kirkwood, Missouri.
