Law money 12

CHICAGO — A Prairie View plumbing company is suing Meadows Market Two LLC, Bank of America, Matt Ameti and various other individuals, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment for failing to pay for services completed.

Rodriguez Plumbing Inc. filed a complaint on April 20 in the Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages to its company from not being paid for its services on a site owned or maintained by the defendants. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for labor and materials it has provided to the subject premises.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $37,278.22 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Martin B. Schorsch in Northbrook.
