CHICAGO — A deliveryman is suing Buffalo Wild Wings, citing insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries, liability and negligence for an alleged fall on a greasy floor.
Romeo Woods filed a complaint on April 26 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging that, on June 28, 2016, he was working as a deliveryman when he fell after slipping on accumulated oil or grease on the floor of the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant at 1832 N. Clybourn, Chicago.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. He is represented by Toby P. Mulholland of Rubens and Kress in Chicago.
