CHICAGO — A Pennsylvania equipment financing company is suing Marius Pranskunas and Virginia Silas, Lemont residents, citing alleged breach of contract.

PNC Equipment Finance LLC, successor by assignment to ECN Financial LLC, successor to Element Financial Corp., filed a complaint on April 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against the defendants alleging that they failed to keep up with and pay installments to the plaintiff for a vehicle.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged financially. The plaintiff holds Marius Pranskunas and Virginia Silas responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the remainder of their debt of $94,245.41 stemming from a guaranty.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in the amount of $94,245.41 plus late fees, interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by C. Randall Woolley and Thomas V. Askounis of Askounis & Darcy P.C. in Chicago.
