Medical malpractice 05

CHICAGO — A patient is suing Loyola University Medical Center, Theodore Saclarides M.D. and Dana Hayden M.D., citing alleged insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and negligence.

Hyo C. Lee filed a complaint on May 4 in Cook County Circuit Court against the defendants alleging they failed to provide proper medical care to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he sustained severe injuries, including serious complications from surgery which needed further medical treatment. The plaintiff holds Loyola University Medical Center and the two defendant individuals responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly evaluate and treat plaintiff's condition.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000, plus court costs.
