CHICAGO — A man is suing Terri R. Martin M.D., Advocate Medical Group and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, alleging negligence for failing to properly perform an appendectomy.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he suffered injuries from the defendants' inability to properly and timely perform an appendectomy. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to diagnose and treat plaintiff's abdominal pain and act to eradicate infection.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court plus court costs. She is represented by Randall F. Peters of Randall F. Peters & Associates in Chicago.
