Woman claims Warren Barr South Loop failed to properly care for her

CHICAGO — A patient is suing Warren Barr South Loop, alleging negligence.

Jannie Lee filed a complaint on May 25 in Cook County Circuit Court against the nursing facility alleging it failed to provide proper care to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she experienced pain from suffering dehydration, infection and injuries from falls. The plaintiff holds Warren Barr South Loop responsible because it allegedly failed to provide adequate supervision and assistance to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $50,000 plus court costs. She is represented by Christine E. Clark of Mark L. Karno and Associates LLC in Chicago.
