Medical malpractice 09

CHICAGO — A man is suing James Moravek M.D., Midamerica Orthopaedics, David Altman M.D. and Ambulatory Anesthesiologists of Greater Chicago, claiming he suffered nerve damage while undergoing shoulder surgery.
